We recently treated our familiy with an ‘Around the world’ evening where dishes from various countries were served. Above is the French meal of that evening, prepared by my wife (the best cook I know!). This french salad consists of roasted pears, walnuts and black forest cheese on a bed of green leaves, drizzled with vinaigrette. A croissant, topped with Parma ham, was served on the side.
